The Tentacles of Me

How about some happier stuff for a change? I can only drag everyone through the murk that is my brain for so long before I start turning into a Dementor. I just don't look that good in a black cloak. Although I understand weight control is no longer an issue once you become a frosty skeleton.

First, let me share a link to a project my very literary, handsome, brilliant, sexy Husband is working on: He Read/She Read. The very first review is up today. Husband and Sprite's Keeper reviewed John Irving's The World According to Garp. I am very proud.

Next, I  bet lots of you have heard those awesome Pure Michigan commercials. "Your trip begins at Michigan.org." That's Tim Allen voicing those, did you know that? He doesn't sound much like Buzz Lightyear, does he?

Anyway, Michigan.org is called Pure Michigan, an website devoted to all-things-travel in the Mitten state. The site features a blog, also, that recently did a call for guest-post submissions, and guess what? That's right, they posted mine. Come see me there!

Of course, my "other blog" is called Unmitigated. You can always find me there. I'll be in the corner, plotting how to further take over the interwebs.
